I was very impressed with Melissa's expertise of the Tellico Plains area. It was a huge benefit that she was from the area. She introduced us to some wonderful people to help us with the buying process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Melissa helped us by property managing a home we have for rent. We did not want to be landlords and Melissa was able to assist us in renting our home without the hassle of finding renters. She has taken great care of us, our home, and our renters. For any real estate needs Melissa would be the first person I would call. Plus she is from the area.
